Shipping Information:

Orders will arrive within 5-10 business days from the date the order was placed. When the order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by kukiusa.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Before any return, an email must first be sent to admin@kukiusa.com, then the package can be shipped back to 2801 W. Broadway, Moses Lake, WA 98837. The returned package must have all relevant order information, including order number, name, address, and method of payment, as well as a contact phone number and email address. Customer must pay shipping costs for all returns. A full refund will be given within 5 business days of package arrival.
